Don't think I'd want to be smelling a bill that has been passed through many hands and who knows what else. There are some bills I don't even want to handle...and I'm not a germaphobe.

No explanation as to why he reduced it? I don't like this, Shanahan's job is to handle discipline and now 2 months later Buttman decides to change it? I don't care if he is comissioner, if Shanny can give explanations for his suspensions the he should too.

None of these signings are our job or responsiblity, so there's not much we can do besides support our team. There are plenty of players I don't like and get emotional about, but in the end I will support the Wings team that management puts together for us. -

I think he's a better choice than Joey, even though I like him and think he is capable I don't think Babcock feels the same way. We need to have a good backup in place that can split the season with Jimmy. I really think that Babcock has over played Jimmy the last couple seasons and if that continues his career will be shortened because his body won't be able to hold up. I'd much rather have a good goalie tandum that we can trust. This would be good. -

I think you're safe with that one....we can see if you have liked a post but I think that's about it. I do remember that day, thought it was strange and figured it had to be some sort of mistake where the same person set up that many accounts.

I was just joking around....which is why I included the Slow day at the office, I need something to pass the time. But I do agree with you, if someone decides to be greedy it's harder to side with them.

I'm confused are you taking sides or not? I do hope that they are serious about getting this worked out before the deadline. The summer is long enough without having to worry about part of the season not being played.

There was talk around here a while ago about how many games into the season his number should be retired. I haven't reviewed the actual season schedule when Yzerman's was retired but it very well could have been the 19th home game. By my calculations from last season that did fall mid-January. If that has any real significance then it might be near the beginning of the season. I am sure there will be a ticket frenzy when that game is announced.
