Lilja-E might be just what Ericsson needs. Lebda tries to play too much of an offensive role, and it seems that is messing with E's ability to play strong D. Considering Lilja is a more pure blueline defenseman, he might be able to stabilize Ericsson.

Yo! I'd say the Olympics might be all the proof Ken Holland needs to sit Babcock down for a little chat. Not only are the Wings doing well when he's not their coach- Rafalski, for example- he's not doing well as coach of team Canada. Please. Boxing is simply fun, and it looks like they're doing it more safely than my old boxing club did- we never used helmets, and only rarely gloves. We had two levels of fighting. Training was strictly controlled by weight class and gear was used. That was serious. Fun was the fight at the end. Rules were simple- no shirt, no shoes, no rings, no watches. No weight classes. No rounds, no bell, fought as long as you had to in order to get the win. Unashamedly stolen from Fight Club, but it worked for us.
