Does it matter? Eaves, Williams, Leino, Ericsson, Howard. Throw in May for good measure. 6 new guys- you're going to lean hard on them, so you know what you have. Same with playing lots of AHLers- you want to know what you will have.

Got to disagree on this. Some of the most awesome games I've watched have been in the very top row, right under the pressbox. Totally unobstructed, get the feel of the whole place.

I don't think it's just preseason, but his body of work. In Grand Rapids, he's never been below a 2.5 GAA. That's a problem.

Problem is, he's never changed in any game I've seen, whether they're streamed AHL games or NHL, warmups or play. His rebound control sucks. It sucked the first time I saw him play in the '06 season, and he hasn't improved a whit, despite an extra three years of AHL play. I simply don't trust him.
