It's his second full game in the new gear, and you can tell it's affecting him. There was one goal last week where if he'd had the extra inch, the puck would've hit pads, not the net. That takes some getting used to, just like driving a new car for the first time. He'll be just fine, once he gets that swagger of confidence back.

Quick preventative trick- get some mineral oil, the stuff they use as a laxative, and rub some into the rubber door seals. It displaces the moisture, and makes it much harder to freeze the door closed- nothing that can freeze.

If Proger were a Wing, I would no longer be a fan. Yes, it's about the logo on the front over the name on the back, but hiring Pronger would be a shift so fundamental in how they play- hiring a pure goon instead of trying to be above that- that I simply couldn't countenance it.
