Well, I'd be a little twitchy too! Maybe he heard about the bounty and was expecting to dodge and octopus! I'll say one thing, though, I hadn't heard about the Lou Gherigs before, but I wouldn't wish ALS on anybody, not even him. If he does have it, I wish him well. That is one heartbreakingly terrible disease.

I think the question is, which Dominos delivered? Maybe they don't want any more business! The appropriate response should have been, "No, I'm sorry, Mr Therrien, WE JUST RAN OUT!"

I'll admit that I'm not a great Dom fan, but he has shown a HUGE amount of class. Very few people would have condemned him had he bitched, but he didn't, he showed that he's a team player. I'll be very happy to see him lift the cup and maybe just a little sorry to see him retire (again).

I don't know if exhausted is a strong enough word. I mean, did you see him on his knees, completely out of breath? (and crosby not in front of him) He's shot. Not only is there nothing in the tank, there's no tank.

Excellent idea! But, dipwad IS a lawyer and even a near miss may incur legal fees (you guys at the Joe hafta hide the thrower!), so I'd also be inclined to help out with those if needed.

I have experience watching Therrien coach here in Wilkes-Barre (AHL). He's generally fiery behind the bench and usually b!tching even when winning. Seeing him the way he was behind the bench and at the press conference told me that the Pens are done. If he's resorted to crying (not b!tching), it's over for them. BTW, he's not that bad a guy. I've talked (and drank) with him.

If the players requested it, it could be because they do the white out in Wilkes-Barre (AHL) and a bunch of them played for the baby pens. Also, they used to wear white at home. Not really sure, just my guess.
