just got home, how's the game been? Anything I need to know?

My favourite is Marek vs Wyshynski; Marek is basically a human hockey encyclopedia. Also while not a podcast I highly recommend Tim and Syd which you can stream on sportsnet.ca(not sure if it'll work in the states). They're a Toronto based radio show that's pretty entertaining.

I think you're wrong, the Goalie has the right to any ice inside the blue no matter who initiates contact. Outside the crease it is whoever has the ice first. At least that has been my interpretation of the rules.

Same here. I think Matts idea for making the highest res in both 16:9 and 16:10 and then people can scale down for lower res versions is the best. Saves Matt some work.

Not positive but I think it might be only college players because you are forced to wait to sign them if you want them to keep playing college.

I think it's just one of those game managing calls. The game was over and they kept going after Franzen so in the best interest of everyone they took him out of the game. I'm sure someone put this in the GDT but here's an awesome quote from Franzen about Neal after the game: Franzen had "no clue" why Neil went after him: "He usually steps up when the game is over, tries to be the hero, put his cape on fly around"

Im watching the sens broadcast. They haven't mentioned Datsyuk being gone but I haven't noticed him in a while. FSD said anything? And if he is gone hopefully Babs just decided to give him the 3rd off.

I kind of love those lines. We keep together the kid line and zets line, both which have been great, and dats' new line has some good potential. The fourth line is as good as you're going to get in todays nhl. Really solid top to bottom.

I've never been that impressed with Eaves. I like how consistent Miller is; he is a great pk'er and can be really effective on the boards keeping the puck in the other teams end when the fourth line is out there.

Watching the Canucks Oilers game right now and in the intermission they said Ladd might be available from Winnipeg. He'd be a guy who i think would be a good fit here.
