No worries. With our depth, the Ducks will be missing Perry waaaay more than we'll be missing any one player.

Horcoff is overpaid, but that doesn't make him a bad player or a bad leader. He's a good defensive player and a constant hard worker even if his production was overestimated. A lot of young players could learn lessons on effort and defensive hard work from him.

Incorrect. The rules in place prevent an owner from owning another team in a competing market (for example, the owner of the Broncos can't own the Knicks, because there's a competing NFL team in that region). The rules were changed in I think '99 to allow a football owner to own other teams in the same region (for example, the owner of the Bears could buy the Cubs). -
Well Malts scored 50 in the juniors, let's give him a try in the AHL and see if he can carry that goalsoring to the pro level.

Looks like Babs plans to go 20/20/20 with the D. Each pair should be capable of that. I actually see this as a vote of confidence in the team... willing to experiment to get the younger guys some good experience.
