Chemistry-wise, he's been rather good from what I've observed. Hell, he's looked more consistently on the ball than a lot of the other Wings this year when it's come to plays with other Wings. He has been the victim of some brutally bad bounces.. and holy s***, goal. Anyhow, maybe I'm just trying to be optimistic when we're up 2.. er, 3 to counter all the pessimism around here lately.

Yea, 2nd on the team in scoring and consistently good to excellent defensive play. Been a horrible fit. My guess on what's been up with Z, atleast as far as his scoring goes, is not being paired consistently with Datsyuk. And also on the ice less with Lidstrom, since he hasn't been on the top unit as much.. His defensive play has still been great, though.

Ah. Well, since you couldn't see it. Homer penalty: Homer chases puck behind the net, Kkchchkkhhhabibulin sends it around the boards to a Hawk, Homer passes by Khabi, who sells a penalty by taking a nice fall (either that or he stumbles, but it didn't look like it.) Well, if you're a player, and you know the officiating in the league is crapass and a guy has a reputation...
