Just realized the road team from previous Winter Classics have all gone to the Cup finals and lost (we'll see about Philly) Pens @ Sabres Red Wings @ Blackhawks Flyers @ Bruins So that puts the Caps in the finals next year. Just messing around and some food for thought.

Much rather see Ville lift the Cup than any of those asswipes on Chicago. I didn't think Pronger had a shot because he has not been as major of a standout as Richards to me. Granted he is the best defenseman and their team defense as a whole has been stellar at times, I just don't think he has been the most valuable individual player for his team.

Just remembered Stevie omitted Stamkos, Vinny Lecav, and St. Louieee from the Canadian Olympic Team. Clearly a good call because they got the Gold, but any bad blood there?
