Fortunate enough to go to the game last night. Obviously the whole Nick tribute was spectacular. Great to see him and great to see all the guys there supporting him. Felt lucky to be there. I thought Legwand looked pretty solid. Handles the puck well and had an aggressive forecheck. Think he’s going to fit it nicely. Need to bury our chances. Also I’m not sure why MacKinnon had enough time to make a sandwich back there before firing that feed for the GWG, but perhaps special teams circumstances need some work. Tough loss but glad they got the point and hope they can bounce back tonight. LGW

Just want to put my $0.02 in - I attended both the Big Chill in 2010 and the Winter Classic yesterday. The Big Chill's record is a fake. There was NOBODY in the stadium after a certain point. Empty seats everywhere. From what I could see yesterday, there were much more people packing the stadium yesterday. I know that technically there may have been more people who "attended" the Big Chill, but in my humble opinion, there were definitely more people there yesterday.

Rough game back for Jim. Credit where credit due though, Smashville looks good tonight. Their crowd really into it too. Wings always a big game for them. Also I think I'm in the minority here but I cannot stand Darren Elliot with Kenny, having him during intermissions was enough for me. LGW

I think Episode 2 on Saturday will be much better. The 1st intermission against the Ducks...the OT win against the Flames...the episodes tend to get better throughout the weeks. Though the bar has been set very high throughout the past few seasons. IMO.

Went to the game tonight, glad the Wings got the 2 points! Let's keep it up going into 2014 boys!

Really still not understanding this move by Isle. Marginal upgrade for what seems like a big price. Moulson not on Fil level yet of unproduction. I really like the Islanders. Sabres seem to be going for the fire sale. Waiting for more information.

Also does anyone know if you can stream the game audio online through 97.1 The Ticket? I know that MLB games are blocked but that's because of an agreement with MLB, is it the same for NHL? Thanks for the help! Obviously this is a strange situation because Wings don't usually play at 1:00pm on a Monday!
