I hope the wings learned a thing or two from the last series and play great in Denver for this game. It'd be huge if we could get that third win tonight. I'm going with Wings 5 (Datsyuk, 2x Mule, Z, Drapes) vs Avalance 2 (Sakic, Hejduk) Although we should be expecting heavier Avalanche offensive tonight. I'm feeling confident in Ozzy and the rest of the team LETS GO RED WINGS!!!

Joe is indeed a great guy. I remember this one time from the early days of the rivalry there was a little brawl between the two teams and mostly everybody was fighting except Yzerman and Sakic. They were the only ones, just standing next to each other having a good laugh about it. I will always respect him, not only as a leader but a man of class as well.

The last few minutes of this game got me jumping off my seat, glad we got the W. Only 3 more to go! I know we can take them with or without Foppa. I've been wearing my home ice ozzy jersey for every home game since we've switched goalies. I think I'll keep doing the same LETS GO RED WINGS!!!!

This is my first post ever on LGW, I've been lurking since last year's playoffs and decided to finally unlazy myself and make an account. The whole thing between the avs and wings is what got me into hockey back in 96 when I lived in Michigan, so I thought I might as well register for the sake of the ol' rivalry . Been a wings fan ever since and always will be. Lets hope for a great series. LETS GO RED WINGS
