Seriously, this may be one of the most unbelievably shortsighted posts I have ever seen here. We are five games into a playoff run. We've lost zero games. Hossa was a MAN in game four on the road against Columbus. Oh, btw, he was also top five in scoring in the playoffs last year. I swear if some people couldn't complain, they'd never say anything. Can we talk about something legitimate instead?

I'll readily admit that I am 11 beers in (Labatt Blue) but the Wings absolutely crushed it tonight. This is exactly what Hitchock was talking about earlier in the year. It seems that the Wings worst enemy is themselves. If they play to their potential, it could be a long playoff run. LET'S GO RED WINGS!

Considering the circumstances, I have to agree. This is the SIXTH time he has won it. Oh, by the way.. he's the captain of the team that just won the Stanley Cup about a week ago. It's pretty much inexcusable.

Hank was the most valuable player in the playoffs. Being 3rd in the Selke voting isn't going to affect how much money he gets.

I think I read that he was 4th in the voting.

Voting for the Selke: Datsyuk had 43 first-place votes and 537 points, beating out New Jersey's John Madden (447 points), the 2001 Selke winner, and linemate Henrik Zetterberg (425 points). I am almost 100% sure that if the voting was after the playoffs that Zetterberg would have gotten every first place vote.
