From mlive.com: Lidstrom won easily, with 127 out of a possible 134 first-place votes and 1,313 points. He finished out of the top three on only one person's ballot. Apparently Don Cherry still have a vote.

The voting goes 10-7-5-3-1. It's likely that Phaneuf cleaned up with the second place votes.

Considering the voting this year, the only thing that would stop him is retirement or a serious injury. Lidstrom: 127 first-place votes and 1313 points. Phaneuf: 2 first-place votes and 561 points Chara: 3 first-place votes and 486 points. Wow. 6-time winner and 3 time runner up. That is impressive.

It was definitely the Korbel Extra Dry. I purchased a bottle on Wednesday afternoon (just in case) and was laughing at the fact that I had bought the same brand that they were celebrating with in the locker room. It's fairly obvious from the pictures (if you have a bottle in front of you).

That's true. I didn't think about that. I was thinking only of the numbers. As a goaltender, being dressed = being in the lineup.

What's more interesting is that Hasek will just barely qualify. He played in 41 games in the regular season and it is not likely that he will get into a SCF game.
