I'm a big believer in what happens in the regular season will happen in the playoffs. Dallas has owned San Jose, and Anaheim in regular season, so they did it in the playoffs. Detroit has owned Dallas in the regular season, lets hope they do it in the playoffs.

I visted the Dallas photoshop thread, let me tell it's god awful. All of there material is from the Avs last round.

I for one think the sea of red, or any other color looks sweet!! It makes the fan base look intimidating regardless of the color. Why do the Wings/Detroit not promote this, or at least invest in giving out red T-shirts instead of the white towels, or the red shiny pom-poms (that have absolutely no effect). I know it may be a little pricey but it would be worth it. Read the question again big guy, the only time Calgary is brought up is when I say "heres a pic of what the sea of red looks like", no where does it say let's copy Calgary ". I don't see how the Wings would be "copying" the Flames. It seems every team left in the NHL, and NBA playoffs seem to be sporting there team colors.

According to Holland they were sold out, but game 1 against Colorado looked like they could have fit at least 2,000 people with all the empty seats in the lower deck.

The Sharks do. They play the tough dump and chase hockey. The Stars play simialr hockey to us, puck possesion. Marty Turco is a huge reason why the Stars are playing so well. Marty Turco who is considered one of the best stick handling goaltenders in the NHL as of now. People wonder why he has had such success against teams like the Ducks and the Sharks who make a living off the dump and chase. But Turco leaves the crease takes control of the puck and passes it to a teammate with ease. He was the major reason why the Ducks are out at Round 1, and why the Sharks are struggling in Round 2. He cancels out there strategy, leaving them with nothing to work with. Also Explains why the Ducks were out shot badly every game. Chris Osgood aint no Marty Turco when it comes to stick handling. Just a little insight I have came up with. So let us play the Stars.
