Wow the Pens board is flaming. Not about how they only got one shot on a 5-3, but on how Detroit is playing "pre-lockout" hockey and "getting away with it". Rattling on about how for the second year a team playing that style of hockey will win the Stanley Cup. Oh yes this game got Pen's fans good and rattled. So I need some help on this one guys. I look at it as we are just playing good solid fundamental hockey. What is this pre-lockout bs they keep spewing off.

Depends on other offseason deals i think. Lids will be a resign no doubt. I think Yzerman had an effect on him and he wants to be a career Wing. I think there are definitely a few guys that are ahead of Lilja on the resign list. I think after you knock those out you weigh his value against what he's askin. If there's room resign him.

I think you have to give him a spot. He's got speed no doubt, and he's giving it all he's got. If nothing more than the moral boost he provides to the young guys by showing if you have enough heart and play your ass off when given the chance you'll get a shot.

Thanks guys. I think I will do my best to find a cheap CCM left in stock. When hockey came to Southern Mississippi, all they had was ccm. I like the way it wears so I think I will try and find one of those. Plus I don't really like the letter on the other side. I plan on wearing and washing mine plenty so i better step it up to a good one.

No but you can "encourage" a team to do things a certain way. I just see this trend developing. I'm sorry I haven't been astute as some of you other gentlemen in realizing it so get off my ass. there is validity in some of those statements. I have noticed this series every coach that has complained has gotten more calls related to what he complained about to the next game. I think we can all agree that anyone that touches Crosby will be screwed. Why do you think the Maple Leafs didn't make the playoffs. They put him out for over a month. I kid I kid.

Watching the post game from NBC, it seems NBC was using the glowpuck technology. All their post game replays had the tail on it. Could this be why the puck was bouncing around so much.

He's had everyone blowin sunshine up his butt so long he actually thought he was the best on the ice, and now he can't stand everyone talking about how good Hank was in the 3rd and how he dominated Crosby.

Hell I think Bettman even got a boner off Hank's play in the 3rd.
