I think we all have to realize that us as well as the Wings team disrespected Dallas.We all just expected Dallas to layover and die and give us the win because we are the Wings. I sure as hell hope they have some respect for them now then come out and crush the ever living hell out of them in the next game.

I'm there with you. I'm not hitting the panic button, because I believe we can win in Dallas. It's like Dallas hit the easy button and made the Wings go soft. We can't hit, we can't score. We've got to step up and do something. We really looked like a 1 line team today. Whats bad about it is the 1 line didn't provide. No a few times Zett or Dats was making a move and got a quick hook that slowed them down and threw them off but thats no excuse. So here is my final solution as to what our Wings have to do al la Wedding Crashers: NO EXCUSES PLAY LIKE A CHAMPION

No everyone in the damn locker room needs a copy of the highlights from this game. they need to watch it every day until monday and just get more and more pissed off at the crappy effort they put forth. The whole damn team should have a public apology to all the Wings fans that attended that game last night. Dallas and more specifically Turco is no longer afraid of the Joe after that effort. Better hope we wrap it up monday.

If our team is dependent on Franzen to give us a boost, then we really are collapsing like a house of cards. I just saw no effort in that game. Pitiful

I said the same thing, "oh they are gonna come out and play harder after than game 4 travesty" Bulls***. that was the worst effort i've seen the whole playoffs. It looked like our guys couldn't wait for their shift to end and get back to the bench. Nothing against Ozzie but that Lunquist shot was not that amazing. I feel that could have been prevented. We've got to come out and hit in game 6 and get on the board early otherwise we are gonna be in the history books for the 2nd time.

Well guys guess the Wings are getting it in their head they can relax. Dallas took it to them that whole game. That was the Wings single worst game in these playoffs. There was no sense of urgency. I've never seen the Wings make so many bad decisions in one game. Well better get our crap together otherwise Game 6 will be much of the same.

We've been enjoying it all playoffs. 9 Straight Wins, Most goals in a series by Franzen, and watching several Wings make a stronger case for awards in the offseason. Its been a good year for Dallas but The Octopus is stronger than 33 years.

Watching ESPN this morning, there was a segment on the game last night. Barry Melrose said he has no doubt in his mind if the Dats goal is counted as it should have been, Detroit slams the door on Dallas. He said instead by the refs missing that call you maybe give Dallas the momentum they need to go in and steal one in Detroit.

Melrose reasoning is that the goal counting would negate all Dallas' hard work. He said they came out and played hard, but that would have still put them losing at that point. He said he feels that would have caused them to lose hope by fighting that hard and still not taking the lead first. Karma will come around. As will pain come saturday.

Dallas are just as big of whiners as probably Colorado. Fact of the matter is every major sports analyst minus the ones in Dallas obviously have said if Dats goal counts then the series is over. Truth of the matter is Detroit gets the lead and holds it. Dallas calling Detroit whiners is where the buck stops. As I said in another thread the 2 games in Dallas made them look like the little boy that cries to mommy and gets what he wants. Every call they cried about they got. Welcome back to Detroit.
