Dallas missed some good chances tonight. I think most Stars fans from what I have seen are pretty classy. It seems each night Turco amazes me more and more. He seems to keep finding excuses. I think he is definitely shown signs of being rattled. I would be okay with game 5, as long as Dallas promises to start Turco

heard on TSN where the d bag announcers were talking about the possiblity of Hank and Pavel facing Crosby and who ever is the other half of the equation. Said they thought Sid and other guy was better but just doesn't know with the way Hank and Pavel are playing.

Maybe he saw the light. Maybe he saw a team who's players and ownership were committed to fielding the best team possible year in and out, and who feel making the playoffs is the most basic goal of the team.

The toughness thing reminds of a quote in todays Dallas paper from DMac about Ribero. GUTLESS. oh I can't wait to see what happens tonight. I think we will stay on game plan, but there may be some extra hits going around.

At first I wanted to see a good hard series, but after all the crap that has gone down I now say sweep the damn Stars. I would love nothing more than to take game 3 in Dallas and watch them throw their strategy out the window in Game 4 with their backs against the wall. Regardless of what Ozzie may or may have not done there have been just way too many classless acts from their team. Running guys after the horn, slashing goalies, and worst of all hearing every major sports network make excuses as to why they are losing. Go Wings!!! Speaking of Kronner, I would have loved to see the camera on him as well after the situation with Ozzie. I'm sure his reaction was similar to DMac's.

Ozzie has said all he was trying to do was slow him down, because he was squared up and about to smoke Lidstrom. He said his stick may have gotten a little high but it was an accident. Personally I don't feel its any worse than Turco hitting Holmstrom the way he did, but you don't see Homer smoking him with his stick.

Its incidents like this that make me happy we brought DMac back as well as getting Kronwall

I agree I think the better question is what kind of retribution will come. Do I smell the wings starting with McCarty, Downey, and Kronwall in the starting lines.

Barry Melrose said on ESPNnews, that Detroit flat out outplayed Dallas. He said they played harder, hit harder and took more shots than Dallas. He said they came out and just seemed to want it more. He closed by saying for Dallas to have a chance Turco has to play the best hockey he has ever played.

I have a proposition for broadcaster. Get your dang facts straight. I can't believe the VS announcer actually said the Wings were looking to remain unbeaten in the playoffs. I had to rewind my friends TIVO to make sure he didn't say at home.

yeah the Wings are definitely dumbed down on the game. They make the Stars and more specifically Marty Turco untouchable on that game.

I know this is hockey but on a side note, Stephen A. Smith is the worst analyst for any sports. I have never seen someone so immersed in basketball and know so little about it.

Okay Ladies and gentlemen. I have decided that I am going to begin saving my money for a trip to Detroit next season for a Red Wings game. I've been a fan far to long to have not made the trip for at least one game. The question I have is which section will give me the best tickets for my money, and how much do individual game tickets usually run.

I will say Shanny had one of the best looking playoff beards in recent memory.
