Ya Clowe and his big 0 goals. You want him because he's big? What horrible logic. Datsyuk & Vanek would be hard to play against. Not some oaf who takes terrible penalties that seems to not be able to score lately. -
Of course he wouldn't be acquired to solve everything, but he'd sure as heck be a start.

Stats aside, Gaborik is a stud. He's exactly what Detroit should be trying to acquire since we failed to sign a certain sniper last off season.

You guys can count me in either the 30 , or .1% that wanted to keep Hossa. There's no comparison whatsoever. Marian is one of the best two way players in the league. As for our first rounder this year, I'm only for trading it if it lands us Gaborik.

Like I said before, I'm not trying to say I know more about hockey than management, but they can't realistically look at this roster and be satisfied. Not saying I could do better, just that they watch the same product we do.
