Nope So frustrating, I already bought a plane ticket that cost me a fortune flying from Mexico and now I'm starting to stress about tickets.

Damnit, I woke up late and rushed to the computer to add my picks. Stupid password recovery took me like 5 minutes and made me miss the first three games and they havent even started yet

Well, I'm 20 so all my pre-drinking will be before I get to the stadium >_>. Or I wonder what would happen if I just showed them my Mexican ID that has no indication of a date of birth besides a seemingly random sequence of numbers. And as for it not being at the joe, well yeah I'd rather it be there but I have an aunt that lives in atlanta so I came to visit her for a week with the whole trip planned around the game lol High five! It was also gonna be my first but I got here on Thursday night and bought some 10 dollar tickets for the Caps game on friday and the isles on sunday. I'll probably get a ticket for the canadiens on friday as well as I leave on saturday.

I could never ever put into words how excited I am for this game for one big reason. I'LL BE THERE! yup first ever red wings game I'm going to be attending (hell my first ever NHL game was last friday lol). After religiously following them and watching just about every game that I could for the past 10 years and being a fan since I was 6 it's finally time.

I would have loved for the team to recall maltby instead of Janik for the game tonight, and right after the game hold the presser to announce the retirement. Give the guy onw last game and a proper farewell. It's kinda weird that only Draper, Holmstrom and Lidstrom remain as the wings that have been here since the 97 cup.

That's pretty awesome that the first time you visit the US you'll get a chance to see the Wings. A similar story is going to happen to me. I'm originally from Mexico, but right now I'm iin college in a border town in New Mexico. I have an aunt that lives in atlanta and pays for my cell phone and occasionally gives me money. So I've been really wanting to go visit here because of how cool she is. So we were talking on the phone and then she started nagging me about going to see her, and I tell her I really do want to, and I can do it in December when I'm done with the college semester. Go to see the thrashers schedule to see which games I could catch while there. So I'm looking on the December dates and out of the corner of my eye I see "Detroit" a little bit above. I started thinking how it sucked that they would be there like two weeks before I was. And then it hit me. I started getting overly excited and jumping up and down in my seat. I usually have thanksgiving break two weeks before the semester finishes. i quickly went to my school's site to check dates and true enough, I have that whole week off of when the Wings are in Atlanta. So i called my aunt and told her I'd go visit in November instead. It'll also be my first ever NHL game and for it to be a Wings game is just awesome after following them very closely since they first won the cup in 1997.
