Very good posts! You all are right, it's nothing to get worked up about. It is just difficult to see a team dominate and then struggle. A very good point was made about we almost tied it up, even with how bad we were playing. Wings in 5, Lord Stanley raised in front of the hometown fans and give all the biased announcers the big FU!

The problem is that so many butt clowns have been telling these KIDS how great they are, that now they actually believe it! The "stars" of the Pens are like American Idols. They both are getting fame without having to pay the dues.

Definitely deliberate and a cheapshot! But then again, the whole team was playing dirty. From the hits to Franzen's head, to the almost boarding of Datsyuk. Oh, let's not forget about the slash that knocked Stuart's stick out of his hand RIGHT BEFORE the Pens player shot the puck at the net! Then there was Fleury sticking his rear end out behind the net to slow down Dats. This entire team is nothing but a bunch of LOSERS including the idiot coach who has to resort to whining. I would definitely like to see Kronner line Crosby, Malkin, Malone and Roberts up at the blue line! Either way, the Wings will finish these losers off very soon, they just don't have what it takes to beat Detroit at this time.

Welcome Pens fans! I hope you enjoy your time on these boards. I feel like this is the best possible matchup for the cup this year and am looking forward to some great hockey. I think you find that the Wings "have the taste of blood" in their mouths and beating them will be a "fight to the death". I have to give your team kudos though, you have overcame a lot of adversity in the past couple of years and now look where you are at! IMO, it is NOT your year to win the cup though but we will see soon enough. Win or lose, your team has a core group of players that you can build on for many years. May the best team win (which, we will ). Good luck!

Welcome and my condolences for having to be a Wing fan in a hostile environment! I am expecting this to be a good series but I definitely think Detroit will win. The east coast teams don't seem to play the same level of hockey as the west. This is just my OPINION! Crosby and Malkin are good but I don't feel that they are as tried & true as Dats and Zetts. Once again, just my OPINION! Either way, I am looking forward to some great hockey.

I admit that DMac did take some bad penalities but at the same time, he had played very well in the previous games. I don't think he should be replace because of one bad game.

Yeah, I definitely noticed it too. I was pretty pissed how TurDco just blew Ozzy off. Just goes to show who the "classless" one is. He ought to thank the Wings for letting him win two games, with one being at the Joe!

Hopefully, this pisses Detroit off enough that they come out from the gate on Saturday and give it to Dallas like they did games 1-3. I don't think Dallas will get one in Detroit. Their track record at the JLA this year was bad.

Now that I have had time to calm down from last night's debacle, I would agree with this article. Perhaps this is just what the Wings need to "fire" them up again. They obviously were not playing anywhere near their best hockey last night. Game 5 on Saturday, with the home crowd, could we see another divealanche blowout?

I am not sure who I should be more mad at, the stupid ref who called that a no goal or the Wings for not showing up to play! Where's the energy we saw in games 1-3? These guys look like they are confused. And how the heck are we missing all these open net shots!
