I think he is far and away the best defensive forward in the league and his takeaways blow everyone else out of the water. I would say yes he is a lock for his 3rd straight Selke. Discuss. edit: Added another question. Yes they are different.

im assuming you mean byfuglien and the only thing he brings is a big body. he has terrible vision and his net front goals seem to be based more on luck than skill.

youre missing the point by saying its not a big deal. he broke his nose, got hit in the face again after his nose was broken, scored a goal, layed out some hits and was one of the best players on ice that game. thats why he deserves props.

ive been quite critical of osgoods sub-par play this year, but this is just getting old. youre beating a dead horse. osgood was decent yesterday, and without that soft first goal it would have been a completely different game.

this is definitely it. andreas lilja has brought the manhood back to this team, and above all, the pk. i was also watching the 08 cup win and they had a 2 or 3 minute montage of drake laying people out, how beautiful it was.

on the subject of rask having similar stats to jimmy, jimmy has played 22 more games than rask. thats a huge difference. jimmy carried the team at times and stole us a few important games. if it were between jimmy and rask, i would definitely say jimmy deserves it.

i dont necessarily think it was a great move, but the confidence he exuded in knowing that puck was going in was quite impressive. what was sick was the caps coming back from 2-0, further demonstrating that PIT is their ***** this year.
