i had a dream last night that i owned the wings, but i was just like jackie moon in semi pro (owner, manager, coach, power forward). even ken and mick were there, and i relived the "jive turkey" scene with them in it instead of will arnett and the other announcer. it was great!

anyone that was dissatisfied by this game is expecting too much, not to mention a total ******. wings hustled their ass off, got off (not as many as id like) some good hits, and played hard. good passing tonight, great puck possession (had a few stretches of what seemed like a whole minute or two in their zone). the post saved this game from being 4-1. but the biggest nod goes to ozzie and the defense, though not very tested statistically, they played a big game tonight. lets hope this win showers the oz with his confidence. good game guys, and hossa, your one helluva player. edit: great shot total wings...reminds me of last year

i miss the hi def line so much. like someone else said, i dont know why babcock wont put them together at all. didnt he at least rotate them last year?? having them at home on the last change was siiiiick. i think if he put them together last night after the first goal for a shift or two there could've possibly been a spark. edit: can you imagine ZDH 2.0?? (zetterberg,dats,hossa) edit: another problem is the first line, i cant wait for holmstrom to be back. kopecky is so damn bad, hes only up there cuz he got those two deflections in that game. demote him now!!

through 22 games, sammy is 5-15 for 20 points. last year, through 73 he was 11-29 for 40. looks like he is making the most of his ice time, and love him or hate him, hes doing pretty good. go sammy!! you converted me from a hater after those 2 goals in the finals! keep using that big body to protect the puck!

i gotta say, this was a through and through slaughter tonight. constantly pushed off the puck, all kinds of passes picked, and the worst showing of physicality ive seen all year from us. i saw so many chances for checks that werent finished, it ******* blows my mind how they manage to dodge so many hits. for the first time i gotta ask, what the f*** is wrong? it could just be that boston is sick, but i just think its that we sucked. (notice i said sucked, not suck). travel is no excuse!! if it wasnt for that 4th goal i think they possibly could of been sparked but that just killed it. boston was also good at clogging the hell out of our offensive zone. that was a tough one to watch !! seems like they didnt start playing till they scored that goal. that said, the post was not our friend tonight, and i definitely saw some missed calls, but nothing that couldve changed the course of the game. time to focus on anaheim, should be a better game. did anyone hear mick or ken blame the schedule??
