HA HA HA..... well i guess we should thank you.

all pants wetting jokes aside, we beat the ducks the only time we played them this year. and the only time we played them last year.........so..... im not thinking they would have us panicking too much :-)

all the ticket sales in the world could not make up for bad ownership, poor business decisions and a terrible lease. just research a little.

mike, no offense but do your homework. the pens woes had NOTHING to do with fan support. and for the record yes, your franchise history is impressive

and the comments from Jones last night are a MAJOR switch in his thinking. he bashes pens at every opportunity. guess he is bitter and being beaten by them repeatedly during his career

and im sure there are several whining threads on your forum to vent and heal. your team, as always finished second in the league in penalties during the regular season, then you act all surprised when they take a lot of penalties in the play-offs. the pens out skated and out forechecked you so you would expect to see your team take a lot of penalties. then you blame the refs and crosby, make up cute little names for their city and for crosby. dont hate pittsburgh for the way the nhl draft system works.

on behalf of nice pittsburgh people, we apologize for that. but im sure detroit has some of "those" people as well ha ha. (see below)..... see you saturday and good luck

we beat them 3-1 the only time we played them this year and beat them the only time we played them last year. so, we really havent seen them enough to know how amazing they are.

i must have misread the league standings, because it looked like the capitals finished better than all 3 of your opponents and the flyers and hurricanes finished better than 2 out of 3 of your opponents. but i know thats only on paper :-) pesky stats

yes malkin and crosby are playing lights out. hope they continue. (but we did win game 4 of the ecf without a goal from either one of them). as far as lack of depth, we have 2 players with 28 pts, your leading scorer has 19, we have 6 players with 10 or more points, you have 6 players with 10 or more points. we have 14 players with 5 or more points, you have 13 players with 5 or more points (i concede we have played more games) but im thinking that puts the depth comment to rest :-)...........with a g.a.a that is .5 behind you guys, would that make your D slighly better than average? :-) you got the inconsistent goaltending correct. actually we do roll 4 lines. our least played forward last night was tyler kennedy C with 9:38, which is more than 3 of your wingers played in your game 4, and he plays behind freakin crosby and malkin!!! where you bury us is +/-. we have too many guys with a minus for my taste.. hopefully they fix that. anyway, good luck tonight.......see you saturday
