Fine...I'll back off... I DO understand the good natured banter...the emotionally attachment to one's team....trading barbs with rival fans....all in good fun.... LOL...we NEED to kill this interminable gap waiting for game 1!! But... Attacking Mario Lemieux...for God's sake.....even in the Photoshop thread...lumping #66 in the "*** bashing Crosby" pics (which are completely classless horsecrap IMHO)...is just beyond screwed up.

Excellent point...teams dont get this far by having one player that carries the load.... We had a similar thread on our board....Sid...Fleury...Malkin...Hossa.... the TEAM has to step up.... fun stuff...isnt it?

I really hope he plays (LOL!...I must be nuts!!) To work your butt off all year...and not be a part of this epic finale...is a horrible injustice... But the man's long term health has to take priority

Looking through Detroits roster..... Past Zetterberg and Datsyuk (and Franzen if he's playing)...who is supposed to be scary...to the point that we dont have someone equally as scary?? Your defense is great...I hope Franzen comes back...that would give you a 2nd line that could possibly match the offensive output of our 2nd line One other thing...we havent lost at home since mid February...

Any allegation that this team or this organization "tanked" on purpose is ludicrous...if not just plain ignorant...
