You agree with some Rangers fan and his claim that the Pens get all the calls -- well knock me over with a feather! Some bitter fan comes on this board clearly with an axe to grind about the Pens, and you want to crown him the King of Objectivity. Pardon me if I don't agree with the concept. And guilty or not, we just come off a game where the Pens get nailed TWELVE times by the refs -- yeah that'll support the ol' "Bettman favors the Pens" theory, huh? You guys complain about all the Pens fans being here -- well at least we have a reason to, right now. Then some Rangers fan comes over here to do nothing but start a whine thread -- but it's OK for that outsider to be here, 'cuz he's saying what you want to hear right? Yeah real objective source you have there... I guarantee you Ducks fans are saying the same thing about the Wings getting the calls and non-calls this series -- and I guarantee you'd give any of them the "sore loser" treatment if they posted over here about it. C'mon don't tell me you didn't see that play. I guess when the tables are turned, we're not so eager to make top posts about it. Malkin undressed Datsyuk so badly on that play, I thought the network was going to have to break out some digitization to cover him.

Well OK, pardner... first of all, "last year" he hadn't left his old team to "go win a Championship" with another squad. Secondly, "1 win away" is the same as 10... if you don't go on to win it all. What's the diff? Or did I hear him say "I'm going to Detroit to get 1 win away from winning the Cup! Yeah that's been my goal all along!" Again -- Hossa will look the fool if the Pens raise the Cup without him. He'll look smart if his guys do -- traitorous, but smart.

I'd have to say after last night Malkin really turned the tables. Anyone else catch Malkin totally stripping Datsyuk and rushing back up the ice with the puck? I thought that play defined Game 6 almost as much as the Scuderi triple-stopper. Round Two goes to Malkin.

What -- you don't think losing the Cup in the finals to the team he dumped "so he could win a championship" wouldn't make him look just a wee bit foolish? Sorry, I beg to differ here.

+5 and extremely well put! The Pens have battled back and shown mental toughness the whole playoffs, particularly in the Capitals series. I'm personally proud of them now no matter what happens Friday Night. Here's to a classic for the ages!
