Is it any surprise? On the road with our backup goalie so yea I saw this coming a mile away and this is just the beginning of a very long losing streak assuming Jimmy is shelved for any extended period of time which I think is the case and trust me 2 weeks without Jimmy is 2 weeks too long as they won't get the 1 seed with Ty Conklin in net!

Don't eat seafood or tacos. And why am I an idiot? If anyone's an idiot it's Brad Stuart for letting his man get behind him that led to the sequence of posession that led to the goal. Also you can blame Drew Miller for taking the stupid tripping penalty. Also another idiot is Ty Conklin who flat out sucks!

Should be a 5 point lead over Canucks as they gave the Canucks a point in regulation but I'll take the win.

Yes but they just let the Canucks gain a point on them by giving this game away. They could have been up 5 points tonight but are now only 2 points up after this loss.

Well they just gave away a point to the Canucks and most likely another 1 to the Canucks. In the playoffs when you do this you don't just give up the points you lose the game e.g. Sharks in 2011!

Same old same old Wings! Can't keep 1 goal leads in the 3rd period as its the San Jose series all over again. An illustration of what will happen if they meet the Canucks in the playoffs! Pure Choke job by the Wings!

Don't like the Wings chances tonight as along with the Sharks & Hawks the Canucks are the main team that can knock Detroit out of the playoffs. I don't think the Wings can win in Vancouver and I can almost 100% guarantee Canucks win tonight as they have too much speed for the Wings to handle and thus look for the same result as the December game.

Even if they win this is a Choke Job b/c they gave the Hawks a point! This team can't close out games as they just can't score anymore as 2 goals a game won't cut it! -
This is the same kind of play that gets you behind 3-0 in a best of 7 series but I guess they never learn their lessons. All I saw was the score on the ticker tonight and I don't plan on watching any highlights b/c I might smash something! This is starting to look just like last season post Thanksgiving with the inconsistent play and thus a lower seed in the playoffs!

I think this team is a second round exit for sure as they keep choking on the road and they play defense worse than the Detroit Lions secondary e.g. teams with speed all look like the New Orleans Saints WR's!
