Anyone else think this years playoff schedule has sucked? I mean first the wings play 7 games and get one day off before their next game. Hawks and Sharks have 5 days off before their next game and the Habs and Flyers only have 1 or 2? Now in the finals they have 2 games on a night. I think they should be spaced out so one game is one day and the next is the next day so hockey fans can watch both games. I cant remember if its always been like this but its standing out this year.

I hope that he plays atleast half the season next year, I think if you start giving this guy ice time in the NHL he can become a really good player possibly 2nd liner. I swear hes just like filppula.

i totally agree that we need to upgrade the defense. but lilja is not the weak spot how can you send miller and eaves to the ahl after both of them having great season with the wings? id take miller or eaves over draper any day. when the last time draper killed a penalty or done anything useful? he doesnt even take key faceoffs anymore. i dont know much about lombardi or plekanec. the size i like. if they kill penalties id be okay with those moves though. i dont see wings trading cleary though.
