hey i'm just glad detroit isnt playing the ducks in the first round it could have been a repeat from i think it was 03. either way people have been saying even though the ducks played like crap all year it was because of injuries and they should be healthy during the playoffs. sharks are gonna have a tough time with them in this series possibly even 7 games

they just signed him didnt they? maybe i'm thinking of someone else but sammy and hudler are gonna be gone. hate to see hudler leave but its part of the business

what the hell is this? the number one team cant beat a team like NY. i'll give it to joey he played great but we also have hank, pavel, hossa and even more players, how do they not even get one goal?

who knows if hes gonna play, my opinion is that either him or downey should just because i think they'd need an enforcer. i know people say all the time that they dont need an enforcer but just look at our team if someone is gonna try and take a shot at hossa, hank, datsyuk are we gonna have no one try and make sure it doesnt happen again? yes lilja will hopefully be back but isnt he gonna be a little careful since he just got a concusion. yes downey and mccarty dont do much when it comes to scoring goals but their never afraid to drop the gloves when they need to.

haha yea he needs to look at them but i'm saying theres about a 1% chance that he would try to solve the problem

how do u know conks is gone? i havent been paying a ton of attention to it b/c we're still in this year not next. and how can u say ozzy is garbage? yes hes having an awful year this year but if i remember right didnt he lead us to the stanley cup last year? so hes having a bad year it happens to everyone but next year if conks is gone i can see ozzy/howard

love to see him come to detroit but i doubt its gonna happen unless if he takes a huge pay cut

your right he is really underated but i'm not sure i would like to see hossa and franzen stay, it would suck seeing either of them walk but it almost sounds like kenny might have something going on and possibly have both of them back next season. i'm sure both of them want to stay but who knows kenny has always done a great job and he'll do whats best for the team

haha my favorite part was when mccarty made claude turtle and roy tried to help haha i was only 6 at the time but i still remember watching that game and the game where ozzy fought roy. great games, i just wish there was still a rivalry between the two teams and i want to see conklin or ozzy fight

agreed chelios deffintly isnt the fastest out there but he is really smart with everything that he does. its also a plus having ericsson play with him just so he can have that veatran leadership there. hopefully lilja gets back soon though

now their taking care of tiger stadium, is the joe gonna be the same way? either way build a new arena b/c the joe is getting pretty bad, i just hope they will put the joe to use and not just let it sit there for almost 10 years

TSN doesnt know anything about it, they just go with whos their favorites teams really. i dont remember if detroit was one last year or not but they'll just have to prove them wrong by winning it all again this year

as long as you play 40 games i think you should be able to have your name on the cup. my point is that they had to do somewhat good during those games otherwise 1. they wouldnt be playing over half the games and 2. their team wouldnt have made the playoffs so i think it should stay the same. but i'm not sure about the Konstantinov thing, hes an awsome guy and i feel really bad that his career ended early but that just confused me

sweet! hes always been one of my favorite goalies next to ozzy, come on kenny sign him for just one year haha jk but it would be nice to see him in a wings jersey for one year even though that would never happen. haha o well congrats to brodeur though

as long as they win the cup i dont care what they do during the season. dont get me wrong i'd be pissed if they did play like crap and finished 8th but in the end if they won the cup the season was overall a good season

tons of respect for ozzy and his 300 wins, thats a great record. but come on ozzy i know its not all ur fault but this season is getting way out of hand

around 3-3.5 is all hes worth right now
