Nobody cares about the Avalanche or the Penguins? hmmmm seeing as how the Avs won 2 cups in '96 and '01 and they just moved a little more than a decade ago.. and the Penguins are Sid the Kid's team as well as getting a new stadium..i think they're both here to stay. Top Teams the need to go: 1. Florida 2. Nashville 3. Atlanta 4. Phoenix 5. Anaheim (keep the Kings 'cause they have SOMEWHAT of a history) 6. NY Islanders 7. Tampa Bay Of those teams....6 cups (4 for NYI in the 80's and 1 for TB in '04 and 1 for ANA)

Matthew Barnaby replaces Barry Melrose as ESPN Analyst. Maybe he'll bring some smarts to ESPN and hopefully make it somewhat intelligent about the sport of hockey! One can dream...right?

John Tortorella is a moron..there is a reason he was fired in Tampa Bay. Just because he won a cup there in 04 doesn't give him the right to be an analyst in my mind. However most of those guys know their stuff..i'll give TSN that.!

Bring in Markus Naslund! He's a swede who is desperate to win a cup and could go for cheaper than people think cause of his inconsistancy. i know he's tied to british columbia but it'd be a great buy if the wings could somehow pull it off.

naslund made 6 mil last year, if holland could get that down to 4.5 or there abouts then its a possibility. theres no way in hell todd bertuzzi will ever wear the red & white again. he's not a fit for the game today. all he will be remembered for is that cheap ass hit on steve moore and how you can basically watch his beard grow throughout a game. shame on holland if bertuzzi signs here.
