I won't even pretend to know how the cap situation will be handled, but I do know one thing: if anyone can work magic like this, it's Ken Holland.

It's a cool goal because of the bounce it took as it hit Budaj and the arc it took, as well as him turning around. It seems like a lot of people (seen it discussed places other than here) think he flipped it up by himself, which would have been insane and probably would make it better than Omark's, but that's not the case. Not jaw dropping to me though.

Hate to be positive when so many people are quick to claim the Wings as dead, but if the Blues can hold on for another period we'll still be on top of the West (with them having 2 games in hand, but it's better than nothing). Also tied for 1st in the NHL, with 1 less game played than the Bruins. Admittedly it could be better, but with people spouting off garbage as some are, it's good to take a step back and look at the big picture. They played a very bad period of hockey, everyone gets that. Anyway 1st post (if memory serves), and I guess if this kind of game gets rid of bandwagoners and/or wakes the Wings up a bit it might be a necessary evil.
