No one should blame Howard. Only the first goal was questionable, the rest were bad bounces, deflections and a great shot. Yotes got all the bounces and our defense wasn't very good, especially not on the PK. I like our chances in Game 7, but it could definitely go either way. I had a feeling this game would go 7 games before it started. Yotes just won't go away. There is still hope. I still believe.

Right from Game 1 I had a feeling this series would go to 7 games, and I'm still afraid it might. I hope I'm wrong though and the guys wrap it up tonight! They certainly should if they just play like they have the last 2 games.

If the net is moved AFTER the puck is shot and it is determined that the puck would have gone in REGARDLESS of whether the net was moved or not.. it should be a good goal imo.

No, he hasn't.. Alfie has been quite invisible for most of the series, although he is looking good in this game. The speculation is that some injury is bothering him.

Pav could definitely score 40+ goals if he shot first and asked quest.. I mean passed second.

I sort of liked his shutout in Game 4 though, but of course he could have been ever better and scored a goal or two. We need more production from him.

That was the moment in the game that I went from being really worried and uncertain to thinking "The Wings will win this.". Just a huge double-save at a huge moment in the game (and series). Howie is back to playing like the guy that got us to the playoffs.

Well that's the thing, he still makes good plays every now and then, and seems to get a lot of confidence after he's had a goal or assist. It was the same earlier in the series, he looked like poo for most of the game, then had a nice assist on Datsyuk's goal and for a couple of shifts after that he looked like he was "back". But next game he's gone again.

Well the team didn't play 60 minutes but luckily Jimmy Howard did. What a great game by him. Love that the top line came up big in the 3rd, exactly what I wanted to see. Now things are looking good Close it at home boys!

Yotes PK is good. As long as our PK is equally good we should be able to beat them in 5-on-5 play.
