Exactly. While he was injured some people mentioned that it can take a player up to a year before he's back to the player he was before that kind of injury. The way he played right after coming back, no doubt fueled by a ton adrenaline, I think gave people too high expectations on him.

What a game. Wings controlled it all the way, but oh man was I nervous all the way until that 2nd goal. HUUUUUUUUGE PK. Biggest PK sequence in a while. Howard was awesome, really happy to see him bounce back like this. Zetterberg, what can I say? Pretty, pretty, pretty good player. Datsyuk was really good too, he deserved a goal. Franzen made a great play on that goal too, but he needs to be more active. This series will be close. We have some momentum after this win, but it can change fast.

Haha, okay not as cursed as the Sharks (by a long shot), but this year it feels a bit like it just isn't meant to be. As far as that situation, yes the puck obviously wasn't over the line.
