It was nice but not that special imo, but the camera angles were bad which doesn't help. Crosby is money in shootouts though, seems like he has scored on every attempt this year.

It's just unfortunate that this means an Eastern team is more likely to win the Cup. They'll breeze through the lackluster competition of the East and face a tired/injured Western team in the final. It's not gonna happen but they should consider making some changes to the playoff system. Have only the division winners directly qualified for the playoffs and then the 10 best in the rest of the league make it in as well. The 6,7,8 seeds in the East are not gonna put up a fight against the top seeds and they wouldn't be near the playoffs in the West.

For what it's worth both Pittsburgh's and Washington's color guys are horrible.

Not to be a pessimist but Calgary, LA and Nashville will win tonight. In fact I'm thinking about putting some big money on it.

Avs and Kings playing nothing but 3-point games is annoying to us, but imagine how Calgary feels. As long as we have 8th I'm not crying that we can't catch the teams above us.

The top 4 and bottom 4 seeds could basically end up in a million different ways. It's impossible to say who will face who in the 1st round at this point. Like you say, the last weeks will be fun, I just hope Calgary chokes and fades away so we don't have to worry about falling to 9th atleast.
