lol no one can score all game, but it only takes about 1 minute in OT to end it for the Tampa win.

And Tampa-Montreal going to OT. Perfect night

Guys, this is an important bit of information that I think has been missed. Nestrasil = "not scared" in Czech language. This guy is the real deal. /sarcasm In all seriousness, it sucks to lose a kid that has size and some offensive ability, hard worker, etc but it's not the end of the world. This is a result of Kenny always trading 1 draft pick into 2 picks and our excellent development systems training these kids to be good hockey players. Our farm system is full with no room on the NHL team. We've lost Nestrasil and Jarnkrok and it still seems the farm is full. As a whole, I think this could be managed a bit better by Kenny and Co to avoid losing talent for (almost) nothing.

I think it's good they're expanding the trapezoid 2 feet on both sides.

Sign right-handed Diaz, waive Lashoff to GR. Give Kindl one more chance to fight with Diaz for the 6th/7th dman. Kenny needs to work the trade blocks with Kindl. Imagine if he can trade Kindl and a youngster for someone like Yandle? There are lots of potential call-ups for the 7th dman if Kindl is traded. How many points is Weiss going to put up this year? That is a huge question. The Red Wings offense has the potential to really improve this year IMO.

Who has been Ken Holland's worst recent free agent signing?

How can we forget that misguided slapper, 3 feet high and wide that played perfectly around the glass like a defenseman's clearance to spring Thornton or Marleau on that breakaway. What a boneheaded play by William in OT. -
Adam Almquist says he’s considering returning to Sweden to avoid AHL
under_par_00 replied to DSM's topic in General
Almquist has to get a shot with the Wings this season. Injuries are inevitable. Give him a chance at least. It would be hard to see a player with that kind of talent let go, playing only 2 NHL games 1 goal, and he didn't look out of place at the NHL level. Yea, he's small. Let him get crushed a few times by Lucic and next year go back to Sweden if he doesn't make it this year. -
Did TSN fix something with the voting? I feel like my 24 bots have lost their effectiveness. The vote totals for this round are much lower.
-
We need to keep chugging along for these last 14 hours. Tatar has a 1.92% lead, thats an 80 000 vote lead. If you open one more browser, its 8000 votes in the final 14 hours. I'll open up about 12 more for the final stretch. Hopefully my PC doesn't crash overnight! This is pretty hilarious how many bots must be running for Oshie and Tatar. TSN must realize they need to change their voting system. Good job to all you guys who are all contributing.
-
I've got about 36 open! It looks like they're all voting, as far as I know. I think the only way to check is the red button should automatically be clicked and then you will see it countdown 5 seconds until the next vote is automatically clicked. Yes, I do have better things to do, that's why this process is automated Thanks to whoever wrote the code. You are smart.
-
Approx 1 vote every 6 seconds is 10 votes per minute. This is 14400 votes per day if you have one window running. With 20 windows, its 288 000 votes per 24 hours. Current totals are 1.55 million votes for Tatar, 1.50 million for Oshie.
-
I agree, the voting set-up is stupid. They should make it maximum 5 votes from each IP address, or however they can fix it to 5 votes.
-
And that would be us :-) It's really not hard to do, the 1 line of code is posted above. Use Google Chrome, push F12, then click the arrow, copy the code in the bottom, push enter.
-
Lots of bots going on this final voting lol, look at the vote totals. I've had about 12 running all day :-)

WCQF - Series H - San Jose versus Los Angeles
under_par_00 replied to FireCaptain's topic in General
Do you think the Sharks dismantle their team if they lose this? They have a history of never winning, or even reaching the big game. If they blow this 3-0 series lead, you have to think some major changes are coming. -
Sproul and Ouellet recalled from Grand Rapids
under_par_00 replied to PumpkinEscobar's topic in General
Actually that was Sproul that stepped up in the neutral zone and let the Blues blow by for a 2 on 1. It was a glaring mistake, but it showed aggression and confidence. Other than that, he looked good, and his shot looks really heavy. Oulette was in good position and didn't seem to stand out at all. He made a quick heads up play in the D-zone, where the puck came to him and he one-timed a pass up-ice to break Tatar or Nyquist on a breakaway. Very heads up play. Oulette looks like a mistake free defensive defenceman, but also capable of rushing the puck up ice. Sproul really shines in the O-zone with that huge shot, and big body in the D-zone. Both are good skaters. -

It really is noticible, so many points lost in the 3rd. Always playing in their own end.

What happened to Ericsson? When was he hurt, beginning of the 3rd? Did it look bad?

Trade Legwand to Detroit for Eaves, Jarnkrok + cond 3rd/2nd
under_par_00 replied to gcom007's topic in General
I will be happy if we give up a 3rd or worse. I don't think this trade involves any prospects. This is pure speculation on my part. Anything better than a 3rd, and it's a bad trade for us. -
LEGWAND TO DETROIT!! Don't know details yet. Looks like 90% sure.
