Hossa or Franzen ... if you could only keep one, I think the playoffs show that Franzen is the better player. Hossa is good ... but Franzen is a beast in the playoffs.

Not blaming anyone and not crying over spilt milk. Ozzie did great and yes, he got them into OT. Not bummed out ... they'll regroup. What I'm still questioning is the actual goal, I've seen the replay again just now, it seriously looked like it bounced off the top post and landed behind Ozzie, in the crease ... wondered why no review on such a crucial goal. The WHOLE puck has to be in ... how does the whole puck go in and bounce out like that. Just because Marchant raised his arm, and the whole team jumped onto the ice ... that doesn't mean it went in. Anyways, that's whats bothering me.

Just saw the replay, looked like the OT goal bounced off the post ??? And yes, off side. Whatever ... a little adversity is good. We've been there before last year in the Cup Final.

They just looked so sluggish in the OT. Didn't look like they wanted to win it. 3OT loss just sux ... I'd rather they would have lost in regulation.

Do you think that part of the disrespect from people is the low salary that the Wings pay him? Wasn't he like less than a mil last year? Now he is at 1.4m. Must hand it to Ozzie for no having huge ego. It's like you and me at the office, if we were constantly producing and getting paid less than other guys (goalies) doing less ... that's got to eat you up inside. I'm sure Ozzie gets paid less than goalies who are golfing already.

I'll be the first to tell you how thrilled and relieved I am that Ozzie is playing so consistently between the pipes! BUT it's only been 2 games with a team that has never made it to the playoffs. Can someone remind everyone here what happened last year in the first series against Nashville after 2 games .... and then after 4. I'm hopeful but let's win this series first before we start nominating Ozzie for Conn Smyth.
