Just watched the highlights ... wow on Tatar's goal, falls down, single handedly takes it in and wrap around backhand. Goal #5 was a beauty .. 4 players in on it. And #6 ... Nyquist off of Krug !! Best game this season so far.

Howard is having a year like MAF last year ... maybe all goalies go through this but that's why we have Mrazek and Gustavsson. Babs don't have the balls to sit Howard ... I'm sure he is using the 'Gotta get him going Mantra'. I'm beyond pissed off ... I was pissed off when we lost to Rangers way back month ago. This is crappy mediocre hockey and Wings organization should not put up with this.

We officially suck ... damn. Can't stop the bleeding. Babcock, stop worrying about the Olympics and do your job first here in Detroit. Holland, stop sitting on your hands ... do something, this is a roster hitting the cap and we're terrible. Sit Howard down till Gus gets cold. I'm embarassed to be a Wings fan right now!

Should we be happy that we're collecting points, albeit, 1 by 1. Unbelievable that we're in 4th place in the East. League leading 7 OT losses.

I wonder what the points would be like in previous years if we had 2 pts for win, 1 pt for both teams when tied after 5 mins of OT ... I don't really want to see another 10 mins of hockey of OT, it is long enough on most nights. Shootouts are getting old real fast. Just saying, we're leading the league in OT losses at 7 now ... and counting. -
