This is exactly what I was talking about. Everyone was taking out their roosters and stroking it because they saw Rangers on our schedule. This is what pisses me off and signals that this team is nothing close to being in the top echelon of teams. I was out tonight and when I saw the score on some sports channel, I almost threw up. Congratulations WIngs, we are one of two teams in the NHL that has lost to the bottom feeding Rangers. WTF is wrong with this team. They must be waiting till 10 games left to have to win every f'kn game just to make 8th spot again cuz points this early on in the season don't count in April, right boys? I've rarely been this pissed off at the Wings P.S. Don't nobody give me the "Calm down, it's only 12 games into the season BS!'

Everything looks like an easy win BUT it's games like these that sometimes scare me cuz so often, we play piss poor against bottom feeder teams. If we don't win tonight ... blow everything up, trade Franzen, Bert, Howie, Ericcson, Quincey ...

I think we did OK tonight. Got killed in 1st and 2nd but came back strong in 3rd. What happened to our shooters ... no deke, no style.

Just checking in and heard on the radio that we won today ... came home to check boxscore to see Gus was in net ... what a pleasant surprise.

Great start to the season. Some surprises like who would have guessed Samuelsson would get our first goal of the season? Was that luck or skill or a little of both? No surprise - Datsyuk the magician. Howard with the brain fart behind the net move but ... we got the W so you're forgiven.

Great regular season players ... not playoff type of players. Great guys in terms of community here in Vancouver, classy all the time.

I congratulated Cleary on winning the lottery in Philly and not having to worry about us signing him .. guess I spoke too soon. Having said that, don't know what to think. Wanted to see more youngens in the line up. Wish we could sign Brunner for that instead. Know that Cleary is character and clutch ... maybe we baby him until we get into the playoffs and hope that he has enough left in his knees to switch to beast mode? But damn ... we're right up against the cap now or even over according to CapGeek.
