Just noticed the playoff schedule ... has it changed format? It goes Det, Pho, Det, Det, Pho, Det, Pho (1-1-2-1-1-1). Interesting ... that means a critical game 7 is at the team that did worst in the regular standings. Is this good format? What happened to 2-2-1-1-1?

I like this one ... part of me wants Preds to have a bit of success but I want to watch the Getzlaf, Perry, Ryan line in action. Tough series, too bad one of them won't get to 2nd round, both kind of deserve advancing.

Want Wings to win of course but if they play like they have as of late ... another 4-2 for Hawks. What I really want is Wings win and Chicago to be in 8th because I want the Canucks to face Chicago in round 1 ... I think there are 2 possibilities, Wings win in OT or Hawks lose AND Stars lose.

This game was quite a significant one. We might see them in the first round depending on how the chips fall. This was one of the teams that I didn't want to meet in round 1 but now, I'm not that worried. Don't get me wrong, we won't sweep but with a bit of tenacity, we can do the rest of the Western Conference teams a favour and take down the Preds.

He's got my vote ... if Ozzie decides to retire. If Ozzie would like another shot at being the backup, I'd bring them both in to training camp/preseason and have them battle it out.

Disappointed that Ozzie is still injured, would have liked to see him ready for the playoffs. He's a classy guy through all this. If he retires, I hope he becomes a goalie coach or something. Having said all that, I'm feeling better and better about J Mac backing up Howie ... he performed quite well recently.
