Let's see (not including all the teams who aren't going to make playoffs) what about Colorado, Atlanta, Washington, even San Jose, Nabby would be an upgrade to any of those team's present goalies. If you include the bottom feeders, .. Leafs , New Jersey, Islanders, Senators, Calgary, Edmonton ... So there are plenty of interested teams, maybe 26 other ones who has a lower winning % than us ... which makes me wonder why they haven't tried signing him yet.

Too good to be true. I like it if he makes it into Red Wings uniform but it will never happen if waiver rule applies. Why would Holland even try this ... he knows someone will claim him. Teams like Washington, Atlanta, Colorado, or even San Jose could use him. Doesn't the stupid CBA rule say Wings will pay 1/2 and other team pays 1/2 of salary. To my knowledge, he was a bust during regular season with 4 pts in 13 games. To my memory, we brought him in just for the playoffs in 08-09 and he filled in great. Maybe he was built for the playoffs ... like a Byfuglien.
