If your jersey isn't tied down and it comes off, you're out.

THE HOSS! I LOVE THIS GUY!
-
f*** yeah Drapes! Really great tribute. ps his wife is hot as s***.
-
Now THERE's an idea that the Wings haven't managed to grasp yet.
-
They have the cap room to have Helm and Leino up, they don't need any space right now. When Stuart comes back, they can put Homer on LTIR retroactive to whenever and keep the space needed. There's no point in him going on LTIR right this second, it can happen whenever necessary.

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be pronounced Zidlit-sky (like Kopecky) but none of the broadcasters actually do it.
-
Some of those are eerily close. Sakic, Gaborik, Arnott (this one especially), Crosby, Redden, Markov (okay not really but it's funny), Thomas (hahaha), Salami (this one was creepy), Turco, Thornton, Kiprusoff, Iginla, and Drury are all realllly close to their counterparts.

True say. I'm glad that I've grown up a Red Wings fan in their prosperous era, in a place surrounded by Maple Leaf fans who expect to lose every night and who have no faith whatsoever in their franchise's ability to put a consistently good product on the ice. Cheers, wingnuts

As I recall Brooks Orpik had been fairly vocal that he disliked Therrien. A lot.
-
We're lucky that O'Rourke showed up to talk to Toronto on the phone otherwise O'Halloran would have conveniently misheard the instructions and ruled Cleary's a no-goal. I kid, but in all seriousness, I'm glad there were no shenanigans today.

I have laughed about Radek Bonk for ten years. Since he was with Yashin on the Senators, my brother and I laughed about his name. Boooonk.
-
So ******* WEAK!!
-
Hossa was simply like a bull in the offensive zone on that last shift. He was all over the puck.
-
LOL.
-
Meech has Shanny's number now.
-
Trading him for a pick before a playoff run makes no sense.
-
In another query, who was the first European NHL'er to have their number retired by a team? This isn't a trivia question, I actually want to know the answer
-
I don't see this happening. The closest comparison I can come up with on a dime is Trevor Linden, but he really was the heart and soul of the Canucks. Draper, Malts, Mac and Homer have all been hugely important to this team, but I don't think they compare favourably to Howe, Abel, Delvecchio, Sawchuk, Lindsay or Yzerman.

ZDH hasn't been together enough this season to merit ranking on that particular list.
-
Isn't it the other way around? It's in effect until after the second year of his contract?
-
I didn't say it was the best idea, but it wouldn't surprise me. Kenny likes him his defensive depth. I wouldn't mind seeing a couple of picks (no more than two certainly) going for a veteran fourth liner who can add some legitimate grit. Look at me, I'm original.
-
I wouldn't be surprised by an acquisition similar to Stuart, a couple of middling picks for a depth defenseman.
-
Well then, dont I look silly.

He got rammed pretty hard. Clutterbuck charged him from just inside the blueline and Lebs bent down to try to avoid it at the last minute, his whole weight went into the boards with his back bent weirdly. Hopefully he's okay, he's been pretty decent lately.
