Regardless of any of our stances on enforcers, I think almost everyone would prefer to have a fighter in the lineup than Kopecky at this point, simply because we wouldnt' be losing anything if Kopecky was out.

I would have to go with Shea Weber above Keith. He is looking extremely good in Nashville this year, Keith has been good but certainly not as good as Weber. I agree on the score of Doughty, he looks fantastic so far. As far as one "level" down from the most recent draftees, I would say that PK Subban looks like he is going to be a superb defenseman, along with Karlsson from the Sweden juniors. I also have to root for Ryan Ellis, as he grew up within 30 minutes of where I live. f*** yeah.

Dion Phaneuf doesn't belong in there. He has like 5 years on most of those guys.

Tavares is a beast, no doubt. I can't help but like Ellis with his Al MacInnis-style slapshot (arms straight up in the air), and everybody has to like PK Subban because he is a black Canadian hockey player. Yeah.
