I really believe it is now a time for us to feel panic. I posted so many times that I would take a win but Wings should wake up. Poor defenses, bad PK, PP has been freezing for long time But this is our second problem. Wings just have no effort and motivation. They just think like "we are the champions". That's the last season. It is a new season. I am watching CBC and Blue Jackets' coach said he is disappointing about the team right. Result? They are dominating the flyers and making a shutout. Wings really need a big lose soon like 6-0 or 7-0, or even more. They just win a game all by one and learning nothing. Some people here said we are losing we have no Lids. Avs has no Statsny and Sakic. It just sounds like my friends that they said Canucks lose because of no Luongo.

why? why? he is right. we just suck today. I am expecting a huge lose today. And hope it can wake up the Wings.

hahaha... I never saw any wings offenses. Where are Hank, Dats, Hossa, Mule or all other guys? Babcock splited Cleary and Huds.. what the hell is this. Still not using ZDH line. Just looks stubborn

Conks sucks? I really don't think so. Defenses suck. No effort. Dead Wings again. All our offense lines died

Hossa and Hank were invisible. I don't know about Hossa but Hank should play with Dats. Hank just looks super slow out there and no one can support him like Dats. Our 4th liners are completely useless. Maltby, Draper, Kopecky. Just horrible line mates. Why don't we use Leino and Helm? Are we gonna rely on those two old guys again and again? (Not Kopecky but he sucks too). People say Leino and Helm are not ready for the NHL. Ok? Then, are our 4th liners better than Leino and Helm?

why does Babcock keep using Maltby and Kopecky? Helm can replace them . our 4th line is just brutal

I don't know how smart or not smart Babcock is but he totally looks stubborn that does not change the line combo and giving 3rd line Cleary,Huds,Filps only little amount of ice time Look at 2nd line, Sammy and Mule are not playing well but they have a lot of ice time

another horrible effort period again.. I really don't think we can come back tonight. Same with last two seasons. We are just too normal when we play against the Preds. Last season and playoff, we could not beat Ellis at all. Still same with now. It does not look the problem of talent, roster, or other things. Wings just look totally out and bringing up no effort. Now, Lids is also out. I don't know how long Lids is out for but if Lids is out for long time, we will have a harsh time...

well.. honestly, Hank is playing well on the situation of PK, face off, and passing but I think the problem is Sammy.. He just looks lazy and unable to control the puck. I guess we may need to change our Hank line a bit?

Hank is not scoring a goal lately .. time to put ZDH line again?

I really don't think Zetterberg is struggling. He did not score but great pass to Lids which leads to the 2nd goal. He is one of the best player in the nhl to do PK. He made some good moves but guess he has to score soon.

I don't think it is that serious but I am pretty sure Hossa is not under his perfect condition even though he looks good out there tonight.

Several times keep saying this: Win is always just awesome. But come on. Wings should play better than this against the teams in low standing In western conference, every team is pretty tight. If our defense could pay attention more after leading by one, we could finish this game easier but our defenses somehow looked really lost during the game. It is good to see our young guns: Filp, Huds are fit each other really well. Lidstrom was good again that he could lead this team by whole defense and offense. I really dont think Conks was particually bad today because first goal was bad give away by Hossa and other goals were because of losing sense of games by our defenses after scoring a leaded goal. So I still believe Conks. Our concerns should be on Hank. He has had so many games that he became invisible during the game. I think he should be put back with Dats, ZDH line.

The problem is when wings played a game against the teams in high standing with a lot of heart like against San Jose and Anaheim. But when some teams like Coyotoes and Kings, who are in the low standing play really hard against us.

It would be awful we lose to Kings because they could not skate today because of some wrong on the planes they took from Buffalo to Detroit. Wings had a day off and if they dont win this game, it maybe the problem of feeling of scoring one goal for long time, which results the just back to back goal in less than one minute. Hank and Raffy should play better and Hossa is not that good in today's game. Only Dats is playing well out there.

just wow..Conks had no chance on that one. why was only Lilja back there? where were other guys?

well.. it looks like the last playoffs between us and preds; preds came back to tie the game so many times in short period after wings score.. I think Raffy is having bad game with Hank. Hopefully they can bring some impact on 3rd period.

well, not a horrile period but not a great period eithter. I think we played okay in a defense but where is Hank today? He has been invisible in the game since the last Sharks game T.T
