I am going to be shocked if JSG starts this game. Hiller had one bad game but I think the Ducks have more confidence on Hiller over JSG. We found a way to beat Hiller so I hope the Wings do that again this game. The thing to add, do not lay back in the early. We have not looked good in the early part of each game.

I think you are right. The first two games against the Rangers, the Caps showed what garbage defense really is. They let the 'Rangers OFFENSE' to score 5 goals in two games. Well, we could make a point of quoting Theodore but still, their defenses have played exact same level of hockey. The thing I can realize from the Caps game is that they go to offensive zone with too much risk leaving the back of defensive zone. Some of this lose should be on Varlamov. He let 2 soft goals this game again. The 3rd goal, I can accept but he has looked shaky since game 4. One more thing is that, I now really think the NHL organization really controls the referee and make calls on Penguins. It does not matter how many times more Pens got PP times than the Caps. The Caps had chances to get power plays but the referee blew up.

There were two calls the Caps had to get. 1. Before calling Pens PP, Semin was tripped down in the Pens zone 2. Before the call, one Caps player was cross-checked or interferred by Malkin I think,... Overall, the ref was totally on Penguins side.
