Since "Maggie the Monkey" didn't make the picks on TSN this season (she retired), they enlisted a willing replacement: Regis "Pierre" McGuire. When it came to the Detroit - Phoenix/Glendale series, he was asked who had the better goaltending. He made a funny face and said "Bryzgalov, of course; the only people who would chose Jimmy Howard is his family". -
He may have been thinking of Arby's in last night's third period. With a tie score, his job was to keep Phoenix/Glendale in the game and he didn't do his job. Four point two million dollars per season? Thank you, but no. Mother Russia and the KHL can welcome him with open arms.
