While I do somewhat agree that Howard might not be ready for the Sharks in the playoffs, he has done very well up to this point. Putting Ozzy in now I'm just not sure how he can bring his game to that upper level in such a shot time. He hasn't played for close to a month now and when he did he let in quite a few goals. I'm an Ozzie fan for life this has nothing to do with not likeing him I just don't know if that's going to mean we are going to be able to turn this series around. Wings have had a great season and considering what they have been through this season making it this far is pretty good. I'm not saying it's over but I'm just not sure I'd want to ride Ozzie at this point.

It's Bettman making sure we don't make it to the Finals again so his precious Penguins and his Bastard Son Crosby gets back 2 back Cups.

Hopefully this is the outcome of this series!! Go Wings!!

Sure we are unclassy fans for throwing Octopi on other teams ice but the Coyotes players can get away with tripping out players no matter if the goal was scored or not. The ref last night was trying to give the Yotes the victory. I had to go in the other room and not watch it for thos Phoenix Power Plays because I was very angry and was saying some very nasty and distrubing stuff at the TV last night. Go Wings!!

We've been throwing Octpi on everyone's Ice for years now just becasue we did it in Phoenix this littl twirp wants to get his panties all ruffled up. I say quit your crying you little Pansy deal with it. It's the Playoffs and we love the Wings!! Go Red Wings!!

The Prospects Tournament is AWESOME. You see so many people from around the NHL last season we saw Mark Messier there. There are a ton of coaches scouts and formor great players that come to have a look at the young players they've drafted. The action on the ice is very good. These guys are trying to get and NHL Spot or even and AHL spot so it's really good, tough, entertaining hockey to watch. You probably can wait for the Fax in sale but we prefer to have to tickets in hand before camp.

I have to say I'm not worried at all about Game 7 Tomorrow. Win or Lose I'm not really concerned. I love the Wings and yes I will be a bit hurt if they don't do it but after everything that has happened this season and with last season's Game 7 loss in the Cup Finals I don't think anything could hurt as much as that one did. So I will still cheer on the Wings and I'll be happy if they win and of course upset if they do indeed lose but I'm really not going to put anymore into it than that. I put everything I had into last season so we could do Back2Back Cups and it didn't happen. I hope they Wings do win and I'll keep up my superstitions for this game but what happens happens. Go Wings!!

Ooopps sorry I didn't see this post before I posted my own 2010 Traning Camp topic. Mine can be deleted if anyone wants to. Training Camp is always a good time. I used to wait for the Fax but since Traverse City is only about 2 hours from where I live we decided to make a day of it and go get tickets and than visited some of the Wineries. A lot of new additions to the Arena for this September it looks like it's going to be another great time!!

My family and I went up to Traverse City today for the in-person sale and got our 2010 Detroit Red Wings Training Camp!! I guess Centre Ice is going to be building a Mezzinime area for fans to sit in that are supposed to be really good seats. Also they are building two very large locker rooms for the Detroit Red Wings. Apparently Ken Holland asked the Centre Ice Staff to build them. Looks like there's gonna be an even bigger arena to go to this September. I was just wondering if anyone else went to TC to get Camp Tickets? Looks like it's going to be a very good time. Is it September yet?!?!

I think Jimmy has really done a geat job for his first full year with the Wings. He has kept the team in the game numerous times and has been solid when he's needed to be. I think he will have a very bright future with the Detroit Red Wings. Way To Go Jimmy!!

I've always been partial to Hockeytown Cafe. They have great food and a great atmosphere especially during the playoffs!!

I'm glad he's back on the Red Wings Roster and I'm even more glad that he put the puck in the net his first game back!! Way to Go Abs!!

It wouldn't suprise me if the Butthead did try to fix the Playoffs especially our series wit th Yotes. I will say that I was hoping to not have the play the Yotes in the first round because I was actualy going to root for them in the West depending on how far Detroit made it in the playoffs. I was hoping for the Canucks but that didn't happen. I'd be very disgusted if this was a special teams series for either team. I say just let the teams play what happens happens; don't try to screw or help any teams. Let the Man Up Stairs handle things after all he know's best I beleive. Let's Go Red Wings!!

I'm not afraid to say that I was a Howard supporter from the start. I'm a huge Ozzie fand but I had confidence in Jimmy to be an NHL Goalie with the Detroit Red Wings. He's a great goalie and has really proven himself in my book. I can't wait to see how he plays in the the playoffs. How he does will determine alot as to how far the Wings go in this year's playoffs. I hope it's a very deep and very long run into the playoffs this season. Let's Go Red Wings!!

Never cared that much about Don Cherry and still don't give a s*** about what he says.

Wings are going to need a full effort from everyone tonight against the Caps. Ozzie will need to stand on his head tonight. This could tell the tale as to how many games he'll get to play the rest of this season. I still believe in Ozzie. I think he's still a great goalie, yes he's starting to show age but he's still a quality goaltender.

I couldn't agree more. I just wanna know when the hell they gave the Linesman power to call goals? Toronto did what it does after that it was the on ice officials to make the call. I don't agree with it at all and I believe we should have not even let it get to the SO but since it did we should have had a goal in the SO before Ott's goal or non goal. We have plenty of guys that can put the puck in the net and none of them did it.

For any of you that care or are close enough to attend. Tomorrow Tuesday Night January 12 at Belknap Park at Griff's IceHouse the Grand Rapids Griffins will play a Sled Hockey game Vs the Grand Rapids Sled Wings. Doors open at 6PM and the Game is at 7PM Tickets are $5 and you can rent a sled to try to skate for $1 or even challeng a Griffins player to a game of Air or Bubble Hockey for $3. Proceeds go to The Grand Rapids Griffins Youth Foundation and the Grand Rapids Sledwings. The Grand Rapids Sled Wings are a group of people young and old with physical disabilites that play hockey in their own specail way. Now there is a Jr Sled Wings and an Adult Sled Wings; I'm on the Adult team however we are all on program but because the Adult Sled Wings is a brand new team this season not all the Sled Wings will be able to play in the game mostly just the Jr players. The Jr Players are sponsered by the Griffins Youth Foundation and the Adult Sled Wings are sponsered by the Grand Rapids Wheelchair Sports Association. As I said Myself and a few other people are on the Adult team so we may not get to play. There are a few players that are at the age that can be on the Jr and Adult Sled Wings Team. It's for a great cause. Griff's Ice House is the official practice facility of the Grand Rapids Griffins and it's in Belknap Park: 30 Coldbrook St. NE. Grand Rapids Michigan. I urge you all who can and want to attend come on out and support the Griffins and or the Sled Wings. We'd love to see you there. Thanks Owl. Since this is my first year playing for the Sled Wings I never heard about the event until this season, there is a small clip on YouTube just type in Griffins Vs Sled Wings and you'll see about a 2 minute clip of I believe last season's game. I know all of us Sled Wings are really excited and geared up for this game. As I said earlier I'm not sure if I'll be able to play but I'll be on the bench with my Sled Wings Hoddie on if I'm not on the ice helping coach the team. Just look for number 38 that'll be me. It's sure to be a fun great game to see. Hope to see as many of you there as you can.

Ok here's what I say. I agree that some of the older players such as Holmstrom, Lidstrom, Draper, and Maltby and a couple other players May be getting tired because yes we've played a lot of hockey these past few seasons. But that is why you have a draft and you have a minor league affliate to call up younger players. The truth of it is that the Wings are not going to win the Cup every season I still firmly believe they will be if not Cup contenders at least strong playoff contenders for a while. This season just isn't our season. Not saying that they can't turn it around an finish well and make the playoffs and possibly go deep into the playoffs. Wings are a great team and I think time will only tell what will happen. For years I use to love Roenick ever since the lock-out and his comments during it I've hated him. I say just let him talk. It' doesn't really mean a damn thing.
