So now the Howard/Osgood debate has devolved into arguing about what you were arguing about... sweet. Osgood has been awful all year. Maybe a tiny glimpse of greatness here and there... but nothing to hang your hat on by any means. The only hope at this point for Osgood is that Jimmy completely melts down (doubtful) or that he can get himself together enough to be a competent back-up next season.

Please do. The point is, another year of seasoning for the kids, assuming Howard and Osgood are a tandem next year, is the best possible scenario in my opinion.

Exactly. If this season has shown us anything, it's shown us that letting goalie prospects ripen on the Griffins works 100% of the time. They are 1 for 1... haha. Seriously though... that would be the best possible scenario.

Uhhhh... didn't Avery make the list? Lets see... Phaneuf went from one s***ty Canadian team (Calgary) to another s***ty Canadian team (the Leafs). Players are affected by their surroundings. Phaneuf would be a beast on the Wings.

It was mentioned in the GDT but I'm convinced that Ken Daniels referred to Sidney Crosby as "Cindy Crosby" in the post-game. In fact, I'd even go as far as to say that Ken and Mickey were holding back giggles after he said it. Maybe it was a legitimate accident, but I'm convinced he said it. Either way... awesome stuff.

Hehe... I know right. It was meant to be a preemptive apology for indirectly bringing up Crosby. Could have worded it better. I personally think Daniels slipped and they were both getting a good yuck out of it. It was really funny to watch.

I irony here is that you guys take this way more seriously than the people you are complaining about. You are the one turning it in to a Sidney Crosby thread. It's very clearly a thread about Ken Daniels. Don't look down on everyone else just because you can't separate the two.
