yes the pens defense contributed to turnovers of course... but how many times did the wings, even lidstrom, just blindly throw the puck up the middle (which is something we are encouraged from the mite and squirt level NOT to do). wings cant make it that easy for them.

as much as i'd like to come on here and complain about the officiating (yes, pens fans it was AWFUL last night, you whined about 'luck' for the past 3 days well looks like you can STFU now), the wings did NOT play very well most of that game. If fleury is not playing well, that has nothing to do with the wings being lucky, it has to do with fleury playing badly. Of course you attribute the shots off the post as 'luck' as well. How is hitting the post bad luck? They didnt shoot the puck properly, they missed their target.... no different than missing the goal all together. There is no magical force controlling this series. Lastly, what on earth are you trying to argue here? This is a different year than last year, and yes of course if you break down every single play it is a different series. guys im tired about all of these insults towards frogs. What with habitat loss and deforestation, the amphibian populations worldwide are declining and it is not something to be taken lightly. yes, i wear my winter classic t-shirt under my datsyuk jersey with my wings hat for every game of the playoffs. Unfortunately (and im not sure how or when i started this particular superstition) i cannot wash any of these articles of clothing until the playoffs are over.
