They've already rushed him back a few times before, don't see why they wouldn't do it again. Personally, I hope they let him get actually healthy for once.

Yeah seriously weird choice of people. Maybe its me who is out of touch, but the NHL seems to go out of its way to promote the players that seem like the biggest assholes. I can think of a couple hundred NHL players I'd rather see a documentary on than Kane. Then again, it does mention family interviews, and if I recall correctly, Kane's sister is quite the babe.

Wow. Pretty awful, yet I'm not the least bit surprised given what I've come to expect from these wonderful officials. If anything, that's a tripping penalty, he even gets injured on the play because of the trip.

Looks like a textbook spear to me, whether or not Neil sold it. I'm not sure if things have changed, but back when I played hockey 10+ years ago, I had absolutely no padding on the lower part of my stomach. Just the jersey and whatever undershirt I was wearing. So taking a blade right there, even a little chop, can definitely hurt considerably.

I have never liked Teemu, but he is an impressive player for sure. I'm glad guys like him and Lidstrom are still around and dominating the younger kids year after year. I wonder how long Teemu will keep playing? As long as injuries don't occur, Selanne still has a lot of hockey in him it appears.
