pp looks awful tonight.

looks to be alright.

HOWIE! NOOOOOOOOOOO
-
They're out-skating us right now.
-
In the replay it was definitely a hook by Lids, but he might have saved a goal, Howie was out of position, could have gone in on the backhand.

CLEARY WOOOO

I don't have all the answers, but do you honestly believe Hudler is going to start scoring goals (60-70 expected points) playing on the 4th line?
-
This. I think it should be kind of obvious that playing Hudler on the 4th line is not going to "jump start" him.
-
Wow. This is an internet forum, apparently you didn't know? To be so rude to a friendly poster telling a story about the game is just silly. So, congrats on your perfect spelling, but its a shame that you are socially inept enough to have no manners whatsoever. Between manners and spelling? I'll take manners. Get a life, loser.

He's back on the bench now Good game, here but missed most of the first 2 periods. REAAALLLLY want Thrashers to win this one (in regulation preferably). The morale of the Hawks will just be so deflated if they lose to all of the guys they dumped over the off season.

Big game here. Sammy has been slacking so far this year a bit, but honestly I thought his totals last year were kind of flukey. I do agree that Vanc and Det are the premiere teams in the west, but also think L.A. deserves some consideration. Their goaltending was the thing in question this preseason, but Quick has been playing great and they have a solid backup. As for this game: I want Mule, Pavel and Howie to keep it going. Also I would like Hudler to score one already.
-
bah, I really wanted to watch the Chicago/Atlanta game but will have to miss it. Luckily I should be able to catch most or all of the Wings game. I like the Tampa team this year.

Umm.. For much of last season, Leino recieved top 6 minutes, playing with the likes of Datsyuk, Z, Fil, and Bert. I'm still baffled everyone is calling for a trade. Do any of you understand how a trade works? What exactly would we get in return for him? Another Toleffson? No thanks. Its 11 games in and we have one of the best records in the NHL. Some of you just NEED something to whine about. Hudler will be fine.
-
Anyone interested in a line consisting of Dr. Ramhani-Sam Bernstein-The Tire from Belle Tire (The Little Ceasars guy working in)
-
Works for me. Hudler better make the most of his time if he wants to keep playing. I hope they get some good minutes at least.
-
Ugh. ANOTHER soft Red Wings Team? No thanks. If we really want a fighter we should go after Semin.
-
Hall hasn't been bad all. -4 isn't terrible when you play on the Oilers 3rd and 4th line. He has had about a billion chances so far, he'll start capitalizing sooner or later (hopefully not tonight). Hockeytown, GDT looks great.
-
Can we have him play in a bubble-boy suit?
-
Also, with three goalies on the 3rd line, imagine what a good shutdown line thats gonna be. Just park em all in front of the net for their shift. No goals against, I gaurentee it. Also... can we trade this Datsyuk guy already? Maybe we can bundle him and Lidstrom for a few late round picks if some other team is desperate.
-
You're planning on winning aren't you? Just so you can keep it! Very cool! Better make my picks count now.
-
lmao. What is your definition of a fight, exactly? Your crush on him knows no bounds.

Ericsson-Kronwall-Kindl Helm-Rafalski-Modano Howard-Osgood-McCollum Stuart-Franzen-Zetterberg Datsyuk Filppula-Eaves Draper-Bertuzzi Cleary-Abdelkader Lidstrom Holmstrom Hudler

Man, its a bit early in the day for a thread like this, but hey, I'm not driving. Gotta go with the consensus here, no reason to split up the lines while we're having success. Its very possible that at some point this season circumstances will arise where we have to split up Pav and Hank, but I hope it doesn't happen any time soon (remember last season?). The second line is playing too well to touch at all. IMO the only moveable part right now is Miller, and the only replacement for him is Hudler, and at that point I don't even really care that much which of them gets in.
