Refs really blew that call on Hjalmersson which shoulda been a penalty, even Eddie O said so. Hilarious with the puck in the pants and robot voice. I loved how they were all patting him down, looking in his pants, etc. I wish it took even longer and they made him de-robe right their on the ice. Preds came out looking great but lost some intensity after the Chicago goals. They need a strong forecheck if they are going to score at least 2 more in this one.

To be honest, I've never loved Rafalski. He can be clutch at times but is so inconsistent and is prone to making pointless mistakes (surprised more people don't mention that here). Its just strange to me that the one time I've seen Rafalski play consistently in top form was this year for Team USA. I never liked his contract, and have some problems with his play, but he is still 12039103192% better than Lebda will ever be. I've been happy with Stuart, wouldn't mind giving him a few more minutes.

Any word on Doan yet? The Phoenix announcer on NHL live said he didn't think Doan would be ready to go.

Depends on when during the Cold War it takes place. There was some good Wings teams and some reeeaally bad Wings teams during that time. Nice Wings reference! He has exceeded every single one of my expectations so far. (During the season prediction thread back in Septemeber, I had predicted that the Wings would have picked up a goalie at the trade deadline to backup Ozzie, oops.) I don't think he'll win it, unfortunately. Everyone in the media has made too much out of his age, constantly pointing it out when his name comes up in rookie discussions. I think it'll go to Meyers, who has had a great season himself. Congrats to all three, they all had huge rookie years.

I saw the one in the Kings game and it looked like there was about 14 Kings players on the ice at one point. They were going for a change, but it looked more like a bench clearer.

I've seen this same thing happen a few times with the FSD feed. Its fun to see. I remember Murph was clearing his throat for like an entire commercial break. Another time Mick and Ken talked about how many hotdogs they would eat on dollar hot dog night. Always fun stuff.

Come on Wings!! Huge game. With Doan out there should be some more room, however, we didn't look so good in game 3 when he missed most of the game. I just want to see hard work and effort, and not just in the 1st period. Edit: LETS GO WINGS!!!!!!
